      The scholarship will not be paid at your arrival but a few weeks after the ranking publications.

• Check on line the deadline for accommodation call at UniBg 
  Accommodation, University Residence Competition Call (to be published) and cost of living and prepare the required documents.
   
• Book a long term accommodation 
  Contact the Accommodation office 
• Prepare ISEEU Parification certification 
  Prepare the documents for the income certification. For further information https://www.unibg.it/servizi/segreteria/borse-studio  or ticket – tracking
• Complete  online  pre-enrollment 
   
• Book a temporary accommodation in Bergamo (for 5-7 days stay) 
  Check Accommodation, University Residence Competition Call and cost of living to book a 5-7 days stay.
   
• Prepare paper and digital copies of all important certificates
  Two copies of your passport ( included VISA), fee payments receipt, Declaration of Value, Health Insurance, admission letter stamped by the Italian Embassy
   
• Photos  
  4 passport size photos (To submitt at the police station for the Electronic Permit of Residence)
