Call for applications for 2 study grants and welcome services for refugee students registering for Second cycle degree programs taught in English at the University of Bergamo, Academic Years 2024-25 and 2025-26

In the mainframe of the University Corridors for Refugees 6.0 (UNICORE 6.0) programme, coordinated by UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), University of Bergamo is a partner to the inclusive education programme to promote refugees' access to university education, social integration and active participation in academic life.

Under the UNICORE 6.0 - University Corridors for Refugees project, University of Bergamo awards two scholarships worth € 6,000 each to candidates who are refugees in Kenya, Niger, Nigeria, Suoth Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Mozambique and will been admitted to a master degree programme.

Candidates interested in the UNICORE 6.0 scholarship programme provided by the University of Bergamo, must follow the instructions indicated in the call.

Top international students' scholarship: a.y. 2024-25 and 2025-26 - Take the GRE test!

Deadline for application: August 30th 2024 at 10.00 am (CET)

 

Every year  the University of Bergamo offers study grants of €8.000 gross to deserving EU and Non-EU students who wish to enroll at the first year of a Masters’ degree Courses taught in English as indicated in the call

The GRE test is compulsory in order to apply. These studyy grants are assigned on the basis of GRE test score report.
Requirements:

  • you are in possession of a valid qualification for access to your chosen Degree Program, issued by an Institution outside of the Italian educational system
  • you must attend the GRE (Revised General Test) by the application deadline, and submit the official score
  • you are younger than 30 years
  • do not already have a scholarship (for which the student must provide a self-declaration statement)

GRE test is an aptitude and skills assessment test, it can be attended in authorized center in various countries around the world.
