Precautionary suspension: Vademecum

  1. The university will be regularly open, including research structures and administrative activities
    Aggregation of people will be limited, therefore lessons, events, conference activities and all situations involving relations with the public remain suspended;
  2. We invite you to use the remote interview tools (email, skype, etc.) and the ticketing system of the Students' Services Office for any question and clarification about the suspension of activities;
  3. Educational trips and national and international mobility are currently suspended;
  4. Training activities of PhD students, fellows and extra curricular trainees are suspended, the related research activities at the Departments can continue regularly as well as the activities of the extra curricular trainees at the various structures;
  5. Part-time collaborations within the University spaces are suspended. In caso of other institutions involved, companies or offices, please refer to the decisions taken by each of them and to the provisions of the competent Authorities;
  6. All scheduled competitive proceedings are suspended;
  7. Libraries: only the loan and return service will be active, instead the spaces reserved for consultation and study will remain closed; 
  8. Catering and canteen services will remain regularly open. The press center will remain closed;
  9. For information and updates on Coronavirus not strictly related to the University's activities, we suggest that you contact the Crisis Unit of the Lombardy Region at 800894545 and consult the websites of the regional and ministerial authorities.
  10. We would like to point out that some cases of fraud have been recorded by fake ATS employees, who present themselves with fake badges. We would like to remind you that ATS employees only show up at the request of the family doctor or patient calls. We invite you to report any suspicious circumstances to the competent authorities.
