STEP 1: NOMINATION  PROCEDURE by the Home University International Office

Erasmus (UE Partner Institution) nominations 2025-2026:

Please note that we have started the implementation of Mobility Online, therefore EU Partners Institutions will soon receive information on how to complete the nomination procedure via Mobility Online.

Nominations for Erasmus Incoming students must be submitted by the Coordinator, not by the students themselves.

 

Exchange (Extra UE Partner Institution) nominations 2025-2026:

Nominations must be submitted by the Coordinator, not by the students themselves to this link: Nomination form

 

Required information for each student: 

  • Erasmus code Home Institution (if applicable):
  • complete surname and name (as in the student's id or passport)
  • nationality
  • gender
  • email address
  • Field of study/subject of the bilateral agreement
  • Study cycle (bachelor/master level)
  • chosen semester of study (First semester /Second semester/Full academic year)
  • Passport (only for Exchange student nominations)

 

Deadlines for Erasmus nominations

  • May 15th: (Winter semester or the whole academic year)

  • October 10th: (Spring semester)

 

After the deadline, students will be contacted from our International Office.
