Freshmen Helpdesk

Freshmen Helpdesks are positioned in the different University premises, and are functioning from July to September. Opening times and days can vary according to location.

Helpdesks are directly managed by the Student Services Office staff, together with University students.

Help desks can provide:

  • Orientation on the University’s didactic offer

  • Information on admission tests and enrolment procedures

  • Support in online access to admission tests and enrolment 

  • Informative material
