Before starting registration procedure, follow our step-by-step guide illustrating all steps to enroll.

We wish to remind you that there are two separate secretarial offices to refer to, depending on your choice of department:
Department of Law, Department of Letters, Philosophy, Communication, Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures, Department of Management, Economics and Quantitative Methods, Department of Human and Social Sciences: Bergamo, via dei Caniana 2.
Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Department of Management, Information and Production Engineering: Dalmine, via Einstein 2.
We also remind you to always consult the UniBg students’ handbook for any information you may need.
Once registered, you can start enrolment procedure.
Using the credentials you have been given, select Immatricolazione (Registration) from the Online Students’ helpdesk;
Select the Degree course you wish to enroll in;
Indicate your highest qualification and the School in which your diploma was acquired;
Make an appointment for the Webcam Office
Select a time and day and confirm.
Only for degree courses in Economics, Business studies and for the School of Engineering:
check if you are eligible to skip the TVI (Initial Evaluation Test) and attach the required certificates.
Fill out the mandatory questionnaires and complete the procedure
Print out your enrolment application summary page, for further use.
Pay the regional tax fee
You may pay the sum of 156€ (regional right to University education tax and digitally fulfilled stamp duty) using the PagoPA procedure;
Remember to keep a proof of fulfilled payment, for further use.
Webcam Office Appointment: complete enrolment
Remember to have with you:
your national tax code, and a photocopy of it;
your enrolment application summary page;
receipt for regional tax and stamp duty payment (in case payment has not yet been registered on your web page)
At this point we will also take your photo and you will sign the contract to acquire the Enjoy UniBg University card.
Now enrolment is completed!

Write up your study plan by accessing UniBg Students’ Dashboard using the credentials you have been given when enrolling.
We suggest you regularly check notices, which will be published on Department and Degree Courses page during the month of October.
The Freshmen SOS desks provide guidance on the University's educational offer, information, support in online procedures, information material. They are active between July and September and are managed directly by staff of the Guidance Office in collaboration with students of the University.
