Applications are open to candidates of any age and nationality, provided they possess the following:

• Master’s degree (3+2)
• Master Single-cycle Degree (old system university diploma)
• An equivalent academic title gained abroad with equivalent grades, recognized as equivalent to the above second level academic titles, merely for the purpose of accessing the PhD admission exam  
• Knowledge of one of the following European languages, selected by the applicant: English, French, Spanish, or German.
