Taking the TOLC by November 21, 2024 with online test registration on the CISIA portal by the date scheduled by CISIA (indicatively 7 days before the test date).
Please note: the TOLC has the function of verifying the initial preparation of students.
In case of failure, the student will be assigned an additional educational obligation to be filled within the first year of the course.
Students in possession of recognized certifications or requirements based on the deliberations of individual departments are exempt from the obligation to take the TOLC.
Enrollment is finalized with the payment of the fee of 156 euros, including the regional tax for the right to university study and the stamp duty to be paid virtually.
Students who apply for transfer to the above programs from other universities, re-registration following renunciation/decadence or attainment of a second degree must still take the TOLC, unless they meet the requirements set by individual departments.
Such students may also apply to the appropriate body, within the prescribed deadlines, for recognition of prior career credits for admission to course years subsequent to the first.
Students already enrolled in academic year 2023-24 in another degree program will be able to apply for course transfer from 07/08/24 to 04/10/2024 but will have to take the specific TOLC required for enrollment in the course of interest, unless already taken after January 1, 2023.
CRITERIA AND SELECTION SESSIONS: all deadlines in detail.
Please note: each selection session is separate. If you pre-register for the first selection session and are not admitted to the course, you must pre-register again at the next selection session (you will be given a new pre-matriculation number).
There are 2 options for selecting candidates to be admitted to the course:
1. First selection session (70% of the places advertised)
Students enrolled in their senior year of high school may also participate in the first selection.
The merit list is drawn up on the basis of the following criteria: TOLC score (excluding the English section), personal age (in case of equal TOLC score, the youngest candidate prevails), 4th grade grade average rounded to the second decimal place (in case of equal personal age, the candidate with the highest average prevails).
Second selection session (30% of the places advertised)
Further downgrading of the ranking list will take place as necessary until the date of December 2, 2024.
The merit ranking is drawn up based on the following criteria: TOLC score (excluding the English section), age (in case of equal TOLC score, the youngest candidate prevails), graduation grade (in case of equal age, the candidate with the highest grade prevails).
Third selection session (opens only if not all the places have been filled at the end of the shortlists related to the second selection)
Any unassigned seats as of October 18, 2024 are put up for bidding
Further dates related to matriculation and rankings sliding, to be completed by December 2, 2024, will be defined in the announcement.
Students who apply for transfer to the above courses from other universities, re-registration as a result of renunciation/decadence or obtaining a second degree must take the TOLC. Such students, after passing the admission test and being favorably ranked, may apply to the competent body for recognition of prior career credits for admission to course years subsequent to the first.
Students already enrolled in the academic year 2023-2024 in another degree program who intend to apply for a course transfer will have to register for selection and take the specific TOLC required for admission to the course (unless already taken after 1-1-2023). If admitted to the course, they will be required to apply for course passage. Such students will only be able to participate in the second selection session (they will be able to take exams in the fall session if set on a date prior to the date scheduled for acceptance to the position)
The TOLC, once passed can be used to participate in both selection sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: You must pre-register for the course (selection registration) for both selections.
2. Undergraduate courses using the criterion of matriculation to exhaustion of places
Economics, Business Administration
Students are admitted to the course based on the chronological order in which they submit their matriculation application until the seats available are filled.
However, it is necessary to take the TOLC-E either in-person or remotely (Tolc@casa) solely for the purpose of verification of initial preparation and possible assignment of OFAs.
TOLC-E taken on or after 1/01/2023 is valid.
The TOLC must be taken by 24/09/2024 (for first-period matriculates) and by 21/11/2024 (for subsequent matriculates).
In case of failure to take the TOLC by the deadline, students will be assigned OFA ex officio
First matriculation period (100% of the places advertised).
