Complying with art. 32 of the Didactic Regulation, The University promotes a quality driven system, thanks to a unit dedicated to promoting, guiding, overseeing and effectively assessing all didactic, research and Third Mission activities, also taking into account annual reports carried out by Independent Evaluation Unit, by the Joint Teacher-Student Committees and by the Committee of evaluation experts managing Quality Assurance (QA) in departmental research.
In particular, for the Didactic area, the Unit responsible for the University internal QA system:
Organises and verifies the constant update of all information in the Annual Study Program Form (SUA-CdS) for each University Course
Supervises the regularity of QA procedures for didactic activities, in compliance with the announced programs
Regulates and verifies periodical Course reviews
Assesses the efficacy of improvement actions and offers guidance for their correct implementation within the Courses
Ensures a correct information flow to and from the Joint Teacher-Student Committees and the Committee of evaluation experts
For the Research area, the Unit responsible for the University internal QA system:
Verifies the constant update of all information in the Annual Departmental Research Form (SUA-RD)
Supervises the regularity of QA procedures for research activities, in compliance with the announced programs
Regulates and verifies periodical review activities
Assesses the efficacy of improvement actions and offers guidance for their correct implementation towards the expected goals
Ensures a correct information flow to and from the Committee of evaluation experts.
