Winter and Summer Schools offered by international Partners

In addition to the Erasmus+ and Extra-EU programs, which provide for an international mobility of 1 or 2 semesters, it is also possible to spend shorter periods abroad, such as for Winter or Summer Schools organized by international Partners, which allow to obtain recognizable credits in the study plan.

For all Departments. thesis abroad

Thanks to the bequest of Ms Lucia Maria Teresa Previtali Radici, a multi-year program establishes grants for the preparation of the thesis abroad by master's students enrolled in one of the eight Departments of the University of Bergamo. For the academic year 2021-2022, 20 scholarships of € 2,000 each are available.

Considering that at the end of the two deadlines set out in the Call, the scholarships still available are 11, the commission has established a third deadline:

For Law Students

The Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, conducts the 23nd Summer Course "The European System of Human Rights Protection", 29 August - 9 September 2022, at the Faculty of Law. 
The Summer Course is offered in presence.

This Summer Course, held in English, will deal in detail specifically with the European system of human rights protection. Although there are numerous summer courses and other special study programs within Europe on human rights protection, this course provides an integrated treatment of the various European systems and of specifically European issues of human rights protection.

The other participants are the Universities of Wales Aberystwyth (United Kingdom), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Barcelona (Spain), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Szeged (Hungary), Vienna and Salzburg (Austria), and the German Red Cross.

10 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) Points will be awarded to participants of the Summer Course.

The total fee for the program is 490 Euro.
We will provide a limited number of scholarships sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
