Nomination procedure
Erasmus (UE Partner Institution) nominations 2026-2027:
Please note that we have started the implementation of Mobility Online, therefore EU Partners Institutions will receive the nomination link and procedure via Mobility Online starting from the end of March 2026.
Nominations for Erasmus Incoming students must be submitted by the Coordinator, not by the students themselves.

Required information for each student:
- Erasmus code Home Institution (if applicable):
- complete surname and name (as in the student's id or passport)
- nationality
- gender
- email address
- Field of study/subject of the bilateral agreement
- Study cycle (bachelor/master level)
- chosen semester of study (First semester /Second semester/Full academic year)
Deadlines for Erasmus nominations
- May 15th: (Winter semester or the whole academic year)
- October 10th: (Spring semester)
After the deadline, students will be contacted from our International Office.
Exchange (Extra UE Partner Institution) nominations 2026-2027:
Nominations must be submitted by the Coordinator, not by the students. Please fill in this Google Form.
Required information for each student:
- complete surname and name (as in the student's id or passport)
- nationality
- gender
- email address
- Field of study/subject of the bilateral agreement
- Study cycle (bachelor/master level)
- chosen semester of study (First semester /Second semester/Full academic year)
- Passport
