Erasmus (EU Partner Institutions) nominations 2026-2027:

EU Partners Institutions will receive the nomination link and procedure to nominate students via our Mobility Online form. 

Nominations for Erasmus Incoming students must be submitted by the Coordinator, not by the students themselves.

Required information for each student: 

• Erasmus code Home Institution (if applicable):
• complete surname and name (as in the student's id or passport)
• nationality
• gender
• email address
• Field of study/subject of the bilateral agreement
• Study cycle (bachelor/master level)
• chosen semester of study (First semester /Second semester/Full academic year)

Deadlines for Erasmus nominations

• May 15th: (Winter semester or the whole academic year)
• October 10th: (Spring semester)

After the deadline, students will be contacted by our International Office.
