The Welcome Point in Via dei Caniana will receive you on these days:
From August 27th to September 28th, monday to friday 
9:30 - 12:30
14:00 - 16:30
 

Applicant students must arrive in Bergamo within the dates of the admission interview and communicate to the International Office the arrival by email. Students who cannot arrive within the date of the admission interview, must communicate in advance to the International Office and Student’s Office by email.

Enrollment

Applicants students, in order to register themselves and collect the required documentation for the admission test and payment of the pre-enrolment fee (€52.00), must, as soon as possible, contact the Students Office to get an appointment (studenti.stranieri@unibg.it) after their arrival.

Attending the admission interview with the Academic Committee

After passing the admission test, if all requirements have been satisfied, applicants will be enrolled.
Go to the Students Office (in Caniana or Dalmine), to formally complete the registration and pay enrollment fee  € 156.00 (by bank transfer).

 

Residence permit

Within one week after the arrival in Italy, applicants must apply for the Residence Permit.
The International Office will provide students information about the procedure for Tax Code (if necessary) and Residence Permit procedures.

Arrange an appointment by sending an email to: international.students@unibg.it (Via San Bernardino, 72e, Bergamo).
